What’s the difference between Stock and Print On Demand products?
Stock items are pre-printed and held on the shelves by Media Ace for Nuffield Health and can be called off at any time. Print On Demand are a range of editable and non-editable products which are printed as and when needed and in some cases will take longer to produce and deliver.
What are restricted products?
These are products that need pre-approval to ensure they are being ordered by the appropriate department or site. When you place your order for these products, they will go through an approval process with the Support Centre first. You will then receive an email confirming your approval. Once this product has been approved, your order will then be processed and go into production with the standard 3 working day delivery term.
Why do I need a separate PO for stock and Print On Demand products?
All stock products have a universal Support Centre PO as these are pre-printed and held on the shelves by Media Ace for Nuffield Health and can be called off at any time. Print On Demand products are bespoke products, so need a separate PO per order accordingly.
What if I have ordered a mix of restricted and stock products?
The whole order will be on hold until you have received an email approval for your restricted product(s). If you have been approved, your order will be processed with the standard 3 working day delivery turnaround. If you have not been approved for your restricted product(s), you will receive an email with further instructions regarding the removal of the restricted product(s).
What if I have ordered a mix of stock and Print On Demand products?
The separate Print on Demand PO number must be used rather than the universal Stock PO. Or you can order the stock products separately while you are waiting for the Print On Demand PO, once you have received this you can then do a separate order for these products.
What do I do if I noticed I have made a mistake on an Print On Demand editable template?
If you haven’t checked out yet, you can still go back and edit the product. Once the order is placed and confirmed Media Ace will not be liable for any mistakes and these will be charged.
Why can’t I use a different delivery address?
The system has been set up in this manner so all items delivered to a site can be traced and billed back to that site via Nuffield Health Administration Team, if any member of staff has a special project to be delivered elsewhere please contact the Media Ace team direct and we can raise this as a special project.
How do I get a repeat order?
Log onto the site as normal, click into my account, click my orders, find the order you wish to repeat and follow the on-screen instructions.
I didn’t get an email confirmation of my order?
Check your spam folder. If you cannot find any emails from Nuffield Orders, then please contact the Media Ace Nuffield Orders Team on nuffieldorders@mediaace.co.uk or 01844 220 349.
Who should I contact regarding missing orders?
